One of the largest independent welding and industrial gas suppliers in the southeast United States, Holston Gases was recently invited to attend an open house at Virnig Manufacturing’s new Pikeville, TN facility. In attendance was Tennessee Governor Bill Lee. Governor Lee was impressed with both Virnig’s operation and the number of various products that Holston Gases is supplying to them. This type of partnership is possible because of the depth of product knowledge and breadth of coverage by Holston Gases.
Virnig Manufacturing is a US based manufacturer of skid steer attachments and dump trailers, headquartered in Rice, MN. In the fall of 2021, Virnig expanded, acquiring a facility in Pikeville, TN. Holston Gases Crossville manager Greg Jackson said, “During a meeting with the mayor of Pikeville, Gary Winningham learned that Virnig was opening a new facility in Pikeville. Holston Gases was able to partner with Virnig during the build out of the 60,000+ square foot facility and assist them even before they were ready to produce products. It is this type of partnership that Holston Gases values most.”
