At Holston Gases, we pride ourselves in the fact that “the corporate overhead” is comprised of a pretty lean list. Here it is:

Bill Baxter

Chairman, responsible for finance, administration, and strategic acquisition

Robert Anders

CEO, responsible for sales growth through our branch managers, and operational efficiency through our plant managers; directly oversees Tennessee, North Carolina regions

Melvin Gay

Vice President of the Alabama region, responsible for all sales and operations

Phil Kirby

Vice President of the Kentucky region, responsible for all sales and operations

That’s it. The real key for us is our Branch Managers. They run their markets, with support from the four of us. They are the key to our success, because they are the key person to our customers. They are all listed in our Locations section of the web site, along with their contact information.
