Holston Gases has successfully acquired USA Gas Inc! They will merge operations at the local Holston Gases facility located in Dalton, GA. Holston Gases’ President, Robert Anders, expressed enthusiasm in incorporating USA Gas’s 2500 propane customers and praised the latter’s 30-year reputation in serving North Georgia. USA Gas owners, David and Heather Gates, also welcomed the consolidation, recognizing the added value it brings to their current customers. Holston Gases, a well-established regional distributor of industrial, medical, and propane gases, along with welding, safety, and industrial supplies, has been operating for 65 years with headquarters in Knoxville and 42 locations across several states.
